The National Convention of Educators of the Deaf – India (NCED–India) is a national association of special educators, teacher educators, and allied professionals committed to advancing education for children with hearing impairments. Established in 1935 and registered in 1995, NCED–India organizes annual national and international conferences that bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners to promote inclusive education and evidence-based practices.
